The Agromach Horizontal Scourer has been engineered to provide a thorough scouring and impacting effect on grain and is used in various places with in grain cleaning plants.

Application area

Pre-cleaning and cleaning of wheat, rye and oats

The upper layers of husk are cleaned and partially removed from the surface of the grain by intensive scouring

Agromach Horizontal Scourer has been used in the operation of cleaning from the outer cover, thus from dust, sand, insect and microorganisms on them for the cereal products. Motor working horizontally, squeezing further the cereal grains, provides their rubbing the paddles on them and to the screen end having abrading feature. So, grains not separated from the spike are separated, their outer covering in peeled, empty grains is crushed, impurities sticking the grains are cleaned, finally small seeds mixing among the product are cleaned.
